Whereas: The Defense of Marriage Act declares the federal definition of marriage to be between one man and one woman; and,

Whereas: The Defense of Marriage Act prevents homosexual “marriage” from being forced upon states which uphold Traditional Marriage;

Whereas: Under DOMA, Congress not only has the legal authority
but also a Constitutional obligation to restore Traditional Marriage to Washington, D.C.

Therefore: I insist you fight to DEFEAT H.R. 1116, the bill to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act, at every step of the way, using every means at your disposal.
