Impeach Attorney General Eric Holder

Whereas: U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has demonstrated a pattern of reckless and destructive disregard for the laws of the United States of America; and

Whereas: Holder violated his oath when he allowed and encouraged his subordinate -- Solicitor General Donald Verilli -- to litigate against the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2012; and

Whereas: Holder has overstepped his Constitutional authority by subverting state-level amendments and laws protecting the legal foundation of traditional marriage; and

Whereas: Holder’s Justice Department violated 1st Amendment rights to religious freedom by forcing Department employees to endorse the Homosexual Agenda -- regardless of their personal beliefs;

Therefore: I urge you as your constituent to immediately begin the procedures to impeach Eric Holder as U.S. Attorney General.
