Whereas:
Calling one's self "transgender" does not change one's biology in any way; and

Whereas:
Men and boys are declaring themselves "transgender" just to make use of a loophole in the rules that allows them to compete against women and girls; and

Whereas:
Male physiology will always be superior athletically -- stronger, larger, faster -- to female physiology; and

Whereas:
Males pretending to be female are now dominating in all sports, disenfranchising real females from the opportunities of athletic success; and

Whereas:
The Department of Education under the direction of the Office of the President has issued new rules that reverse the Obama-era policies for schools; and

Whereas:
Congress can pass legislation to firmly clarify that "transgenderism" is not protected under current legislation;

Therefore:
I urge you to take action today to permanently save girls' athletics by closing the "Transgender" Loophole completely!
